Name of the Project : Scholarship for vulnerable children and parental empowerment project in Nuwakot District
Objectives:
The objective of the project is to prevent trafficking and the unnecessary separation of children from their families, reduce risks of family/school drop-out as well as exploitation ,and abuse among vulnerable and at risk children through prevention, protection and education.

Activities :

| 1. | Schooling class up to 10 and Follow-up of children of economically challenged, at risk migrant families of Kathmandu. Children to be schooled and supported during the project period. | |
| 2. | Adult literacy classes for mothers, 10+ mothers participate in adult literacy classes 2 hrs. Daily (6 classes/week) for parental empowerment. | |
| 3. | Health Camp / eye camp | |
| 4. | Emergency medical support | |
| 5. | Child Right Activities /Child club re-formation, child club meeting, creative activities/awareness program from radio. | |
| 6. | Personal Development for children , karate /dance/singing/art | |
| 7. | SYIB Training to Parents and parents (Women ) group formation ,mobilization and appropriate livelihood scheme | |
